Shipping times
Shipping times are calculated in working days. Working days are from monday to friday. For live stream opened products, the working days start counting the day after the live stream was hosted. Products are shipped from the Netherlands. Holidays are not calculated as working days.
Ordered on monday to friday before 12:00 = shipped the same day.
Opening Service & Returns
The Live-stream service includes opening boosterpacks and other sealed product. The product will be opened for you and the content inside will be revealed. This service is irriversible. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that you waive the right of cancellation for these products. This means that you can not ask for a return of refund at a later stage.

When do you live stream?
We will stream on a weekly basis. Some weeks we stream more than others, check our social media channels or join our Whatsapp Community to stay updated about our live streams.
How does live stream opening work?
When live stream products are bought, the products will be opened in order of purchase on the next live-stream.
For best practise it is adviced to purchase live stream opening products while we are live.
Note that there can be a queue active, you can ask about this in our live-stream.

How are my live stream products shipped?
Live stream products can be shipped in many ways. We can even store them for you until you decide to ship them. So that you can combine multiple openings and save on shipping costs.

Can live stream products be returned & refunded?
No. Because it's an on demand service, we cannot accept returns & refunds. Once the products have been opened, you cannot cancel the order anymore.
What are the benefits of in live stream opening booster packs?
Our streamers know exactly what the valuable cards are and give them the protection needed right after unpacking the booster packs. This way the cards stay in the most mint condition there is.
We can also supply addition information and quickly measure if the cards are worth to send to card grading companies.
Are there costs for Live-stream opening?
We don't charge extra for live opening products. We only ask you to pay for the shipping as a compensation.
How long can products stay in storage?
Products can stay in storage for a minimum of 2 months.
We advice to make a note with your streaming name at regular orders. So that we can ship your products to you at the same time and save some extra cash and the environment.
