Refund policy
Returns
1. The customer has 14 days to cancel the order (report return).
2. After this report, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
3. The refund must take place within 14 days after the return report.
Returns can be requested through your user account.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

- Gift cards
- Mystery Bags (opened)
- Mystery Boxes (opened)
- Products with damage or opened seal
- In Live-stream opened service products
- Customised products
Live-stream service products are opened as a service, once the service has been fulfilled, the products are non returnable. (When the sealed product has been openend, this is irreversible) By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree that you waive the right of cancellation for these products.
Returns can be requested through your user account. To be able to request a return, you need your e-mail adres that was used for the purchase. Within the return portal you can choose the products to return.
Refunds
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
Live-stream service products are opened as a service, once the service has been fulfilled, the products are non refundible. (When the sealed product has been openend, this is irreversible) By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree that you waive the right of cancellation for these products.
Return shipping costs are deducted from the initial paid balance.

Refund process
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an e-mail notification concerning the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return.
When the refund is approved, the credit will be transfered through the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
