HiroGrading offers grading submissions for PSA, Beckett & CGC.
- Submissions are collected until every last friday of the month.
- We send the cards within 3 days after that to HiroGrading
- HiroGrading prepares and sends the cards within the next week.
- Submission time for grading varies from 30 up to 120 days.
HOW IT WORKS
Read each step carefully so that no errors are made. A smooth and correct submission is important.
1. Let us know that you want to grade a card
When you pull certain cards in the live-stream, let us know upfront which cards you want to grade.
We have to seperate the card from your order and send it to HiroGrading with FedEx.

*If you fail to tell us upfront, there is a chance that the card is already sent to you. You will have to send it back to us or HiroGrading at your own costs.
2. Order the grading service at HiroGrading
- Go to the Hirograding.com website
- Choose the desired grading service.
*Keep in mind that you choose the service with the right maximum grading value, this is calculated as the final graded card value.
*Extra costs may apply afterwards if done incorrectly. - Provide the correct data. Example data:
Card Name = Pikachu ex
TCG name = Pokémon
Set name = Surging Sparks
Card # = 238
Language = English - Optionally insure your shipment.
- Proceed to checkout and fill in personal details.
- At Service Point choose option: Grade from Live-stream and choose streamer option: Card-Binder.com.
*Shipping back to us is not accepted. - At Cards return choose: Ship to my address and choose the desired shipping method and insurance.
- Review your order
- Finish checkout by paying for the order at HiroGrading.
3. We receive your card submission information
We have access to an up to date list of all grading submissions that are sent through us at HiroGrading.
Once we get confirmation, we will prepare your cards for grading and store them up in a safe
4. Shipment and processing
- Submissions are collected until every last friday of the month.
- We package & ship the cards to HiroGrading within 3 days after the collection date.
- Once received, HiroGrading will prepare all submissions and send them out within a week.
- Fedex will ship the cards to the grading company.
- Grading by the grading service company.
- Fedex will ship the graded cards back to HiroGrading.
- When the grading cost exceeds the service, additional costs will be charged. (but you will have more valuable slabs too!)
- HiroGrading will ship the Slab to you

5. Communication
All communication around the grading progess will be sent by HiroGrading. They have an automated e-mail system that notifies you of receivals and shipments.

What does it mean to grade a trading card?
Grading a trading card can be understood as having it assessed. An expert will inspect your card and then assign it one or more scores.
Once this score is assigned, your card will be placed in a hard case from which it cannot be removed. This guarantees that the card cannot be damaged and therefore the score will always be accurate.
Why do you grade a trading card?
To keep your cards in a perfect shape and have a verified grade for the quality of your trading card.
Graded cards will likely gain value when they are graded in a 9 or higher.

Why am I charged extra after grading?
When grading, you pay for the value of graded cards. The higher the value of the card, the more you pay for the grading service.
When you have to pay extra, this means your graded card slab is considdered worth more than the service you've chosen. Congratulations!
