Returns are accepted within 14 days after ordering. For our return & refund terms, please review our return policy. Returns can be registered in our return portal. You can choose your desired postal carrier.
Live-stream service products are opened as a service, once the service has been fulfilled, the products are non returnable. (When the sealed product has been openend, this is irreversible) By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree that you waive the right of cancellation for these products.
Shipping times
Shipping times are calculated in working days. Working days are from monday to friday. Products are shipped from the Netherlands. Holidays are not calculated as working days.

Any high value or holo (reflective) cards should be sleeved. Holo cards will easily scratch, Penny sleeves will prevent this from happening.
Yes you can double sleeve Pokémon cards. Therefore you will need exact fit sleeves. Exact fit sleeves cards will fit into standard sleeves,deck sleeves and magnetic card holders.
If you want cheap and quick sleeves, go for Penny sleeves.
If you want to double sleeve or perfect fitting sleeves, go for perfect fit sleeves.
Any of our sleeves are good for protecting your Pokémon cards. Exact fit sleeves offer great protection when double sleeved in Toploaders or Deck sleeves.
The best option would be to do both sleeve and topload your Pokémon cards. Sleeves protect against scratches, where the rigid toploaders will prevent the cards from bending
The best toploaders for Pokémon cards are for the specific card thickness. For Pokémon cards this are 35 PT toploaders which is about 0,9 mm thick.
