Do I get to keep all the cards from a Rip & Ship?

Yes! By default, we ship you all the rare cards ("hits"). If you want the bulk (common/uncommon) cards shipped as well.

How do I know my cards won't get damaged before shipping?

At Cardbinder, card condition is our top priority. Our hosts wear gloves (optional, but good to mention if you do) and immediately place all valuable pulls into premium sleeves and rigid top-loaders live on camera before they are ever set aside.

What happens if I miss my order being opened on the TikTok live?

Don't worry! If you aren't in the chat we will wait until you are. If the live has ended, we will ship the products sealed within 24 hours. You can always catch the stream replay or trust that your cards are in safe hands.

How does Live Stream Storage work?

You can store your live opened packs in our storage and ship them together to save shipping costs. Storage is guaranteed up to 2 months, make sure to ship your cards before that.
