Free shipping is automatically applied at the checkout when the minimum order value has been reached. The minimum order values per country:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days after ordering. For our return & refund terms, please review our return policy. Returns can be registered in our return portal. You can choose your desired postal carrier.

Live-stream service products are opened as a service, once the service has been fulfilled, the products are non returnable. (When the sealed product has been openend, this is irreversible) By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree that you waive the right of cancellation for these products.

Shipping times

Shipping times are calculated in working days. Working days are from monday to friday. Products are shipped from the Netherlands. Holidays are not calculated as working days.
