Kingdoms of Intrigue (OP04) is de vierde uitbreiding in de One Piece Card Game-serie komt na Pillars of Strength. Deze Engelstalige release verscheen op 22 september 2023 en richt zich sterk op de politieke conflicten uit de verhaallijnen van Alabasta en Dressrosa.

Verzamelaars, bereid jullie strategieën voor! Deze set introduceert het baanbrekende concept van tweekleurige Leaders, wat complexe nieuwe mogelijkheden biedt voor het bouwen van decks met kaarten zoals de blauw-zwarte Rebecca en de groen-paarse Donquixote Doflamingo.
